About the classes
My yoga classes are designed with deep love and reverence for the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga. Each class starts with the uplifting chanting of Mantras to elevate our energy. Next, I will lead you through a warm-up, followed by the Asana (postures) practice. Following the Asana practice, we will do Pranayama (Breathwork) to purify our energy pathways and attain stillness of the mind. We will end the class with a short meditation.
